Why was the last post closed? I know it was marked as resolved, but clearly there were still many users experiencing issues...
I deleted all of my cameras, performed the hard reset of the base station, uninstalled/reinstalled Android app and added each camera back. It was working fine for a few days and then a different camera now shows "Arlo app says says Your Arlo device appears offline." I removed and added that camera back, but after a few minutes it goes back offline. This camera is actually closer to the be station than the others.
This is such a strange problem. Is anyone looking into this as more customers are still having issues after the latest firmware update?
Thanks!

The firmware update late this year has caused no end of problems. The customer support has been hopeless. In my case the third green lamp flashes Amber all the time despite countless resets.. Any suggestions from the Community?

AZArloUser,
You might try swapping that cameras location with a camera that is behaving as expected. It could be something at the location that is causing an issue.
DJD,
A blinking Amber LED on the base station under the camera icon indicates a camera is too far from the base station resulting in weak signal strength. Consider relocating the base station or camera to further isolate the issue.
