Arlo app not opening on my iPhone 8 Plus but opens fine on iPad Pro

My Arlo app will not open on my IPhone 8 plus. Running IOS 14. I have tried resetting my network, deleted the app and restored it but it will still not open. The app works ok on iPad Pro. It’s very frustrating.
Any tips anyone.?

The app suddenly started working Sunday afternoon & continues to work. Fingers crossed.

Hi Miche7,

 

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone 8 Plus to see if that helps? Is this happening when you're trying on WiFi and/or cellular data?
