Hello.
I got the updated updated Arlo app a couple days ago into old iPhone 6+ and an old iPad air 1G with iOS v12.4.8. The app was better, but it still has minor issues like sometimes outdated automatic motion detected snapshots and missing top left corner time stamps (e.g., "1h ago" -- really wished they would use actual dates and times since some Arlo cameras can be days old since last used in very quiet areas). Are you all seeing this too or just me?
Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. 🙂

I'm asking Support Team's Arlo Community, ain't I? I don't think I can use other support methods since both original Arlo and Pro 2's warranties expired years ago. Also, Arlo's iOS app seems to be slow in showing just recorded videos into its Library as well sometimes like in iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS v13.7 -- haven't upgraded to v14 since it seems to be buggy from what I read online). 😞

Ant, This is a peer to peer community with an Arlo mod posting once and a while. There is only so much they can do here. Have you tried Arlo support, It is still valid after the hardware warranty expired.
