I've read previous reports of fixes but my iphone badges won't reset. The badge count in the library for the base also won't reset. I have deleted all videos. I even removed the USB drive from the base and reformatted it. I've reinstalled the app and restarted everything--they simply will not clear.
To make matters worse, I've wasted hours in support chats and a phone call with no resolution. There seems to be difficulty understanding this very simple problem. I've had 3 cases started but no resolution. I've been sent links on "how to view videos" and other irrelevant stuff, but cannot reply to these emails. I'm irritated by the bug, but appalled by the terrible support.

Your replies went nowhere. You asked the same questions about the basic processes to resolve the issue which I answered, then you never followed up. If Arlo provided reasonable support, one wouldn't feel the need to make multiple post about an issue to try and get attention. I have 3 case tickets open and have heard nothing. Rather than complain about my multiple posts, how about addressing the issue? This badge issue isn't new. It was a known bug last year and supposedly was fixed by an update last summer. I don't know if this is a reincarnation of the same thing, but I'm tired of wasting hours in chats, creating cases, and posting here with no attempts at resolution besides "did you try removing the app and restarting your phone?" Your customers deserve better. I thought I bought a good system--and it has worked pretty well. But I need to expand my system and the lack of support is leading me to consider starting over with a different brand that offers real support (if I can find one). I'm very disheartened by what I've been reading online about Arlo support. I thought I made a good purchase.
