Arlo and internet connection problem

I have connected the Arlo base station to my Apple Time Capsule router but the amber light does not turn off.

I have tried resetting numerous times but to no avail.

Please help?

It might be a security setting where one of the required ports isn't open. I'll try find a thread with the required info

thx guys, I got it sorted by chatting to the ISP who removed some NAT restriction...
