Arlo camera is about 1 year old, stays outdoors.  Suddenly became disconnected from network.  Put in new batteries.  Right side blue light blinked a few times.  Went to sync and camera does not respond.  Tried new batteries, same thing happens.  I have 2 other cameras that are synced and working fine.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Reboot the base. Try resyncing the camera. Any luck?

Thanks, I did all that already and that did not work. Seems to be this specific camera,
Any other suggestions?

Open a case with support to invoke your warranty:

It's just over a year old, and so out of warranty

Might still be worthwhile checking since they may have suggestions. Otherwise, looks like it's new camera time.

Exact same thing happened to my camera only mine is almost 2 years old. Also outdoors year round. I've tried everything & have come to the conclusion I just need to get a new camera. Can my replacement camera be Arlo Pro even though my original was simply, Arlo?

Any of the wireless cameras work with any of the bases so you're good to go.

Just FYI - I ended up purchasing a refurbished camera and all is working fine now.
