Arlo Wireless Camera is stuck zoomed in

Wireless camera zoomed in and will not back out. This leaves it all but useless. Have tried turning off then back on, removing batteries, and restarting base unit. All to no avail. I’ve been unable to find any other concerns like this on forums. Any ideas?

Are you using the app or a browser? Have you tried both? It may be fastest to remove the cameras and resync them.

Great suggestion! Uninstalling and reinstalling solved my issue. Thanks for the help.
