Arlo Wireless Camera Won't Update Firmware

one camera refuses to update firmware giving the error "Upgrade failed - Camera rejected upgrade request"

Tried rebooting hub, deleting and resynching camera, removing and replacing batteries but nothing works.

Camera will not function as it allways wants to update firmware.

Have you tried to perform the update with fresh batteries in the camera?

Yes tried batteries, sometimes now it won't even synch.
But left for a few hours it syncs but then needs firmware update which fails.

Have you contacted customer support regarding this issue?

Not contacted support as it is a fairly old camera.
