Hi, the batteries on my camera dies every two - three weeks.  I have my cameras on disarmed mode.  What is the problem?

That would seem to imply WiFi issues since multiple cameras are doing it. Try repositioning the base and see if that helps.

dreamworks11976,

As suggested above, the issue you describe above could be due to poor WiFi signal strength.

Are you still experiencing this behavior after repositioning your base station?

Please let us know,

I am having the same problem. My wifi is not an issue. It's 75$ in batteries to replace them .... I've had to replace them every 3 weeks. I'm very disappointed. I have them set up in my business and they're set to go on every time there is motion. Is it better to just leave it on all the time? What can I do? It's too late to return them.... but I refuse to waste another 75$ on batteries. Please help!

Sommer,

How often are the cameras detecting motion? Under normal usage, the batteries will last 4-6 months. For more information on battery life, take a look at this article: How can I extend my Arlo Wire-Free, Arlo Pro Wire-Free, or Arlo Go camera’s battery life?
