Arlo Wire free says no devices found after it disconnected?

I have tried everything to reconnect my arlo base station after it stopped working.
New account etc...
All green lights showing...
But says no divices found

I cannot see cameras on app. My base and camera are synced and cameras detect movement, but app does not connect to base station.
