Grant access issues

I follow all the steps to Grant Access. Email is received by the person I’m inviting but the email only contains a link to create a new Arlo account (and this link goes to a blank screen anyway). She already has an Arlo account and is signed into the Arlo app so surely she should receive an email for her to verify and accept the invitation. I have tried deleting the grant access and trying again. Tried this about 5 times. Please help.

I was not able to replicate this issue you are experiencing. Do you have a screenshot of the email invite page I can view? What Phone/Device/OS are you experiencing the issue with? Have you tried to accept via a web browser?
