having trouble since last upgrade, iphone showing double images, factory reset base station & now it gives error we are unable to claim this device, contact support, any help?

Contact Support ..the ios app has been acting glitchy a bit ( released last week ) but it may be hard to get thru this week due to Holidays/ New Year

 

Use on a PC if possible till fixed
