Since the last "upgrade," 2.3.1, the Favorite Star option is no longer working.  I have tried to star a recording and the star does not light up indicating that footage is saved.  Any suggestions?

Favorite videos aren't saved. They're just marked as favorite. They'll still delete after the amount of days on the server as per your plan. If you want to keep a video, you'll need to download it

I guess I didn't explain, Clearly.  The yellow star that appears when you hit "favorites," is not appearing.(that lets you to mark/note footage that you don't want to delete).

I just tested this with both the Android app and a browser - works on both.  The app needs to have the video paused before displaying.  What device/interface are you using?

The issue is happening with my IPad 2.  The Favorite Star is missing.

Sounds like an app problem. Try a browser - if that works, it's definitely an appmissue. If a reinstall doesn't fix it, open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom of the desktop version of these pages.
