For over a week now my camera has been stuck on a pink tented screen and because of this the night vision isn’t working properly. We live in a bad neighborhood and rely on these cameras to keep us safe I have tried everything I can to troubleshoot and solve the problem myself but to no avail. I believe the camera needs replaced. How can I speak with a real person to get this issue resolved? I have already opened a case ticket!

Hey TCasdorph27,

 

Have you tried rebooting the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door? Allow the camera to sync back up to the base station and try again.
