My Arlo (the original one) goes offline every couple of days after the recent update to firmware version 1.2.16720. It's running hardware version H7. Are there any solutions for this? Nothing in my setup has changed, same batteries (even bought new ones to see if it was a battery issue). The base station location has not moved and the Arlo camera itself is still mounted in the same location.
Thanks for reading and any advice.

My original cameras are on the same hardware and firmware versions that you are.
What is the signal strength on the camera showing?
Have you added any new wifi connected devices lately that could be interferring with the signal?
Can you move the base station a little further away from the router to see if that is a problem?
These are my initial questions.

A quick thinng to try is to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.

Thanks for the questions Brian. Here are my answers:
1) Signal strength is full (base station is on the other side of the door from the camera)
2) No new wifi devices
3) Base station is about 6 feet away from router already - does it need to be moved further away?
Thanks for the tip jguerdat - I'll try removing and readding the camera to the account and post results later.

Thanks for the tip @jguerdat. It did not solve the problem. The camera still seems to go offline rather quickly.

Try swapping the camera with another one of your cameras that is not causing problems. If the problem goes away on this camera and appears on the other camera, then we know that it is some sort of radio interference. If the problem stays with this camera, then it would appear that you have a defective camera. Hopefully, swapping cameras will solve the problem and both cameras start working normally.
There is so much inteference these days. Could even be your neighbors wifi or something like a Google Chromecast nearby.
