Arlo Wire Free Says Change Battery At 11% With Black Screen

With 11% of battery life in an original Arlo camera according to both iOS app (orange color) and web site (red color), why does it still show a black screen with its "It's time to change the batteries" message? 11% should be enough to keep going a few more? I can understand if it is like 5% and less though.

Oops. I accidently added an "1" in the beginning of my forum thread title. It should be "With 11% of battery life in an original Arlo camera, why does it tell me to change its batteries?". I couldn't edit my original post. 😞
