Arlo Wire-Free Camera is showing pink. Help?

I also have 1 camera showing pink i.e. it has 'lost' its white balance setting. I have followed the recommended action to drop power to the camera by opening the battery cover and then closing it, and then repeating this action but it has had no effect.

I also have 4 basic Arlo camera’s and 1 gives a pink image for nearly 3 years. Like Teesa the standard ‘fix’ did not work. Almost 2 years ago Netgear fixed the problem at a distance. After a few days the problem re-occured. I reported it once more, but Netgear still has to reply...

Hi everyone,

 

Try to reboot the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door. Allow the camera to sync back up to the base station and try again. If you still experience the same behavior, please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue.

I just develpoed the same problem.  I see from the OP that he tried opening and closing the battery door with no result.  What is the solution?
