Arlo Web login says station and cameras offline

Hi all,

when I log in through web browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge) I have to click 2 or 3 times access button before I can enter and then, the page shows station and cameras as offline, whilst when I user Android App the system correctly works. I tried removing cookie and accessing from different computer and networks, but without positive outcome.

Are you still experiencing this problem? If you're still experiencing the problem, have you tried going on incognito mode to see if that helps? Make sure to use this link to access your cameras: https://my.arlo.com.

I tried in incognito and also cleaning cookie and navigation data, but still having problem via browser.  Log in still requires double click on access button, then, when I enter mode it says Arlo station offline, when I want to see what cameras are recording it says camera offline.
