Arlo VMB3000 cameras stopped recording

The system worked fine for some months, then suddenly the recording function and notifications failed. More specifically:

 

-- When the two cameras are set to Motion mode, nothing records.

 

-- When the cameras are set to Live mode, we get a live image on the screen (both cameras work). When we press the Record button in Live mode, nothing records.

 

Batteries are okay.

 

On the base station, the three lights on the left are illuminated, but the other two lights are not illuminated. We tried rebooting the base station a few times but this did not help.

 

Any advice on how to remedy this? Thanks.

ARM your cameras... then go to the LIVE view screen ( devices ) ...

Above each camera , the little "running man' icon should be BLACK...if gray that cam is not armed and will not record ( the mode has been changed somehow )
