Two cameras connected no problem. Third one will NOT connect. I have tried all the solutions posted in the forum - short press, reset base and network, new batteries, etc.

I get the long blue flashing light but I never get fast blue or even amber. Brand new system. Camera has never connected. Suggestions?

How far away from the base is the camera you are trying to sync and what type of camera is it?

A foot away. And it’s the Arlo wireless (original).

You might have a defective camera. in that case you need to contact support. The link to them is at the bottom of the page.

In the meanwhile, be sure the batteries are making good contact, (this model is known for intermittent battery problems if the batteries are not completely secure in the housing. Take the batteries and very gently put them back in. Close the battery door and let the door push the batteries into place.

Next try moving the camera a little further away in case there is some kind of interferrence. The flashing blue light means that it is trying to sync. Let it stay in this state for several minutes and see if it will finally sync.

If these don't work, contact support.
