Problem started around June/July. It went completely offline and I never bothered to resolve it.

I finally got a chance to try and reinstall it again but for some reason, it cannot be found. Light is flashing orange only.

Resetted the unit several times. I don't get what's going on with Arlo in the past 3 months.

That sounds like an issue with your router or something about Internet access, at least for the hub. Rebooting the router may help.
