Can you provide a little more detail regarding the issue you are experiencing?

I signed up for Arlo Smart. I got it for a reduced price. They told me it would remain in effect at that price until I canceled. I was using it on all 5 cameras and then it only worked for 2 cameras.
I canceled it today.
