I have a basic Arlo camera with 5 cameras. My system constantly goes offline to the point it is off for weeks at a time. I have tried taking the batteries out and putting new ones in, resetting the base, unplugging it from the ethernet, etc. and nothing.

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried both the app and a browser? For the app, have you tried force closing and opening again?

Hi @jguerdat two of the five available lights are on, not blinking. I've tried it on my browser on my computer and the app on my phone. I've tried force closing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. they control to go off and on randomly

What LED is not lit? What devices do you see in Settings, My Devices?
