I have a two camera system.  One works perfectly; the other spent the last 8 days upgrading firmware.  I then tried opening the batteries but with no luck,  I then tried removing the camera from the system and re-installing and re-syching the camera but again no luck.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Just one last thing to try - use a fresh set of batteries.  Low batteries will not allow updates to occur.  Worth a try (swap batteries between cameras if you don't have spares).

 

Otherwise, create a trouble ticket.  Maybe it's just a bad camera.
