I have had 5 cameras for two years no issues.  Last week 3 said "This arlo device is offline".  This hadn't happened before so I took those 3 and re synced them.  They worked for a few days then did the same thing.

I tried to resync again and now they just blink orange.  Now the fourth says the device is offline.  One camera still works.

Any advice?

Thanks

I would power button reboot the base unit and then resync the cameras again

I should have mentioned I did reset the base station when the problem first occured and nothing happened.

I also tried it again today with no results.  I unplugged it for a while then plugged it back and had no success either.....

Define reset. Most people seem to be either using the wrong procedure or believe that power cycling the base is a reset. A true reset is performed by pressing only the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.

I reset using the actual reset button by holding a pen tip in the hole until it reset and turned amber.

Now the two green lights are lite up on the base station green and it still won't sync with the cameras.  3 just blink amber right from the get go and one blinks blue (slowly) then turns a fast amber....

Not sure where to go from here.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

All cameras should 1) give a brief blue flash when the battery door is closed and 2) slow blue flash after pressing the camera sync button.  If either isn't true, open a case with support.
