Arlo Pro camera losing connection and short battery life

Of the two cameras on my 1-week-old system, one camera works perfectly but the other one is constantly falling offline and has a short battery life (a few days).  I swapped locations on the cameras, and the faulty camera still fails in the location where the other camera works, while the good camera works great in either location.

 

How do I get a replacement camera?
