Arlo Pro Sync Blue Light Keeps Blinking

Good afternoon. I need some help with my camera. I tried all the steps on how to sync and checking my internet. I put in new batteries. I still get a blue blinking light, it doesn't stop or shuts down more than 2 minutes. The rest of the cameras are working good. What can I do?

Confirm that you are only doing a quick press on the base sync button....do not hold

I did that just pressing the sync button at the most 2 seconds for the base and camera.

Is the blue light blinking normally or rapidly?

It sounds like your camera is trying to sync with the base station if it is blinking normally. Make sure that your Arlo Pro camera is within optimal range of your Base Station to reduce possible interference and range issue.
