Arlo Pro Cameras Won't Sync

The camera will not sync. No blue flashing light during pairing. Will not work no matter what I do.

Open and close the battery door. Do you see a blue LED as the camera restarts and connects? If not, the batteries are likely dead. When replacing them, be sure to just place the batteries in the slots - don't push them down. Let the door do the pushing.
