So as everybody knows and everybody should know, Arlo is riddle with unacceptable problems.

Those past days, without any settings being changed my camera started detecting motion randomly, but most importantly one camera on battery won't stop having the damn light activated which means it could run out before we come back. Trying to troubleshoot why it was activating yielded no answer, except somehow arlo was still connected on an old phone that was compromised despite being log-out.

Then trying to remove the device from iPhone or the mobile website has turned out impossible and the mobile web interface won't even let you load the desktop version.

But most importantly despite constantly trying to turn-off spotlight of the camera, even DISABLING the camera, it still activates it against our consent which made us feel absolutely unsafe because we've been the target of doxxing and don't know whether it's hacked, it might as well be and the battery is being depleted against our consent.

And of course there's also the fact that it's a fake support with fake support ticket that are actually not accessible and don't get you anywhere. We currently filling a complaint and might intergrate the camera problem in it.

Try reseting the camera. I am unsure if you are speaking of your indoor or outdoor so I will leave the steps for both:

Resetting it may solve the behavior you are seeing. Please let me know if you are still seeing the same behavior after the reset.
