I don't have a specific product issue.  Arlo is rejecting my credit card and I am unable to update.  I have been a paying member for the better part of a year and I have 3 cameras.   I needed to change the card number but it won't accept.  I have tried different browsers, cleared my cache and rebooted my machine.  The card has plenty of limit available and i am unable to find a way to get someone on the phone.   If feels as if there is no company actually supporting these devices and it's all open source.  Does anyone have any advise on what to do?  I am trying to avoid having to change to a different service if I can help it.

Sorry for the delay in my response, I was out for the holidays. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
