Arlo No recordings in Library

There No recordings find on Library. When i test i can see the carema is working and also recieve notify from the the app. but just no recording i can find on library. and no email receive. Anyone can help?
I have switch off and on the arlo base for few time already but still no luck.

Kevin...what device/model/OS are you using?

apple/android/pc?

But assuming your using the Arlo camera, this may work for all ...

Open the battery door

Go to settings and REMOVE DEVICE to delete the camera

Close battery door

Bring camera back as if new.... This will put all settings at default in case they got glitched.

Test again

PS.. remember that in order to have 'motion detected record", the running man in the live view screen should be BLACK ( turned on )
