I am currently using two Arlos which are connected with my Nighhawk R7000 router. I was interested in the Arlo Pros and the fact that they can do local storage but it isn't clear if you needed to use the new base station or if it will work with the R7000. Anyone have any info on this?
Thanks!!

I'd strongly advise using the base since the R7k is no longer supported for Arlo. You're using VERY old firmware for both Arlo and the router with no chance at staying current. And then you get the local storage option, too.
