An older version of the Arlo app included a feature that allowed you to reset the base station. I do not, however, see this feature included on the newest version of the app. Am I missing something? I have an offline camera - a common problem with Arlo - and it's a lot easier to press one button on the app than to reset it manually (by taking the batteries out of the camera, etc.).

You can restart the base as it always has been - Settings, My Devices, your base, Restart. There's also the Remove button which you would use to remove the base from your account (also be sure to remove your cameras). Nothing has changed.

Ummm….so what if you don't see a Restart button, only Remove A Device?

We're talking about the base and not the cameras, right? The base can be restarted but not the cameras. If you want to reboot the cameras, open and close the battery door.

Can't see the image since it has to be approved (Monday). You can use the file attachment option at the bottom of the reply text box instead. However, I assume you're saying it's the base so the quickest suggestion is to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Which app is it - Android or iOS? I have no issue with Android.

You can't restart a device that isn't connected (because the restart message won't reach it).

Nothing new on that, the legacy app behaved the same way.
