Hallo,
I had to reinstall my Arlo wireless system. I deleted the base station from the list in the app, deleted and reinstalled the app, plugged the base station into the router and it received a valid IP address via DHCP. I can find it in the list of network elements. However neither the app (IOS) nor the browser installation can find it in the installation procedure. They are endlessly seeking.
Anybody an idea?

Try a factory reset using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Make sure all devices are deleted in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and then resync the cameras. Be sure to only quick press the sync button on the base - <1 second.
