Arlo Infrared Mode Is No Longer functioning

Camera is filming normal video image when infared light is on at night. Image is just black.. this used to work fine, I would receive black and white infared image. I have seen multiple posts on this issue with no resolution observable.

Have you tried a battery pull reset? If so, have you tried removing the camera from the system and then re-sync'ing it? The camera works fine during the day, yeah?

Have you tried to remove and reinsert the battery yet? if this step does not work you may need to try and remove & re sync the camera with the Base station. To Remove go to settings on Web 3 dots in App > My Devices > Select Camera To Remove > Remove Device.
