Arlo Hub light turning blue and keeps blinking amber

I'm trying to connect the hub -VMB500 and it's light just keeps flashing amber. We've done everything to reset, including taking out all the cables, hitting the reset button etc. It's been like this for an hour. Any advice

"Hitting the reset button" doesn't reset - you have to hold it for ~15 seconds until the LED flashes amber (May be hard to see the difference since it's already doing so). Is this a new install of a brand new hub or has it been used before? Amber flashing may indicate that a connection to a camera is weak.
