I have had my Arlo HD security Camera for a few weeks now and it has been working brilliantly and then all of a sudden yesterday it started saying "Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection." in the green box on the cameras when i go to view them and wont let me enable any functions - help !!

First and easiest thing to do is eboot the base via the power button. Takes about 2-3 mins tops.

If all the first three leds go green ( left to right from front ) you'e prob good to go

If still bad, then check the batteries on the camera

if you meant reboot then i have turned it off and on a few times and every time the first three lights from the left come on and stay on stable - the cameras have barely been on so i would like to think the batteries have lastest more than maybe a few hours - there is 3 cameras and they all say the same message....

If all your left three lights are green....

1) try another browser Chorme,IE10 or better, FireFox.... Have seen at times it makes a difference.

2) after #1, take one camera and change the batteries... Or at least open and reclose the battery door to reset the camera ( if close enough to base and batteries good it should auto re-sync )

i have been using chrome - just tried with IE and it wont even let me log into my arlo account ??

i have got 2 of the 3 cameras down and opened the battery flap and swapped all the batteries around and then closed the flap - the blue light blinks slow then fast then stops (i think this means its just re syncing ?)

still no joy ??

is there a possiblity that something is wrong with the router ??

Arebee25,

Do you also see the base station as "offline" when going to the Modes screen in your Arlo account or is this error just showing up on the cameras screen?

Did you press the reset button on the back of the base station at any point in your troubleshooting? This would have factory reset the base station which could result in the issue you are describing.
