I already have 2 Arlo basic cameras and inside the batter cover they have a small usb port. I recently purchased an add on camera.

Firstly it says Arlo on the side rather than netgear like my originals.

Secondly it does not have the usb port under the little rubber stopper inside the battery section.

Has anyone else experienced similar? I hope hope its not a fake?

That camera has been around for some time. Designs change.

Arlo split from Netgear a couple of years ago.

The hidden USB port on Arlo cameras is there for "engineering" purposes. It is of no use to punters.
