Arlo Firmware Update Is Frozen
In the Devices view, one of our cameras has been stuck in a Firmware update with the message "Firmware update in progress. Do not remove batteries.". This camera has had this same message in view for the last 4 days. I cannot access the manual firmware update option in the Device Info > Firmware > Update, as the Update option is not available with the current update being in progress. I am concerned that we are not able to capture any recordings during this time - an update should not be taking 4 days to complete. How do we cancel this update and start using the camera again?

You can remove the batteries and re-insert them. Then you may re try the firmware update in Device Info > Firmware > Update
