I have eleven Arlo cameras, seven VMC3030 and four VMC4030. They are apparently on the Arlo End of Life list.

There is a banner at the top of this webpage titled "Arlo End of Life Policy Notice" with a link to the policy.

Also, in Arlo's website through the search window looking for "Arlo End of Life", a dropdown gives me a link to an article titled "End of Life for Arlo Legacy Cameras and Arlo Services". A link in that article is supposed to take me to the "EOL Offer Form". Instead, it takes me to the Arlo homepage.

How do I get the offer form, or some idea what the offers are? Is there a promo-code or some other way to take advantage of the Arlo offer to replace my obsolete cameras?

There was a promotion that was sent out about a year ago (when the EOL was first announced), but that expired last summer.

The link you are looking for is here:

Thank you StephenB.

Yes, I have that link. But, I'd like to hear from Arlo if there is another offer for people who own EOL listed cameras who may have missed the offer expiration date of July, 2023, as I did.

I have 11 cameras that are losing functions and going obsolete. I'll be forced to buy new cameras, which aren't cheap. Arlo should not had expired it's EOL offer, but should still be offering it to anyone that has cameras that Arlo is not continuing to support with updates. Their decision treating my cameras as "disposables" is pushing me toward looking for a new provider of my security needs.

Note this is user-to-user forum, and I don't work for them.

You've definitely lost support, but you shouldn't have lost any functions other than possibly email alerts (if you use them).

Email alerts have been deprecated for everyone - IMO a bad decision on Arlo's part, and I hope they reverse it.

Thank you for your help.

On all of my seven VMC3030 cameras I have lost all Activity Zone function.

Thanks again.

While there may be another promotional offer in the future, I don't believe there is an active eol offer at this time. If you are eligible for an offer in the future, you will receive an email from Arlo with details about the terms and conditions of the offer.

I also have 3 EOL VCM3030's, however I never received an email or notice of any kind about any of the EOL nor the upgrade promo. I just so happened to be looking at the Video doorbells and ran across the EOL policy on the top banner. I also followed the same steps as clicking the EOL Form, chat, etc. but have gotten nowhere. The only info that may be useful in the situation is the automated chat mentioned getting an RMA from tech support for EOL upgrade eligible devices like mine, but haven't tried yet until I read the support forums first. The form link also takes me to the Arlo shopping website. Please advise.

You should have received it back in January 2023. (I received mine on 1/1/23).  It would have gone to the email address you use for your Arlo account login.  The upgrade offers they included in those emails were all time-limited and expired about a year ago.

All currently sold cameras require a subscription for cloud storage - the 7-day free cloud storage you have now is no longer included.  If your current cameras are working ok, then I suggest that you keep using them until that is no longer the case.

Unfortunately, the email that I originally used no longer works to login to my acct./app for some reason, so I had to use an alternate email. I will double check my SPAM, though I'm not able to use the cameras and/or base hub. Is there an EOL for that as well? I didn't see one. Regardless, I feel it's unfair to not be able to be incentivized in some way (i.e. upgrades, etc.) due to technical and/or communication issues.

Ok, so I did find the promo code in my old email SPAM (even though I can't use it anymore to sign in to my original account).  When I click the link, the webpage says link expired, which I suspected per forum statements about it being for a limited time. Is there anyway to "renew" or "override" at checkout to apply it? If the code is unusable, will getting an "upgrade RMA" from Tech Support help at all as far as an upgrade, promo, etc? Thanks.

Is that because you can't log into the account? If not, can you give us a few more details?

This is a user-to-user forum, and I don't work for Arlo.  So that isn't something I can help with.
