Arlo Detects Motion But Nothing Plays

My arlo camera detects motion sends me a notification when I go to play it’s set to record for 20 seconds it says 20 seconds but nothing plays just shows the picture of what set the motion off

Yes for the arlo app , I haven’t checked my email I’ll do that now

I just got a new phone that’s when I noticed it not working on the app anymore I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it still not working any tips to get this working ?

What phone are you using? Do your videos play on a PC?

Exact same issue across all Arlo wireless cams but only on the new iPhone XS. I'm able to get playback from my Arlo Q without issue and I'm able to view live video without issue. 

I'm able to access playback on both my ipad pro and my desktop login via safari.
