Arlo Camera won't pair after months of no issues. Tried restarting Base and trying new cameras.

Had this unit 18 months and running 4 cameras off it, had some building work done at home so increase in activity and been turning off during the day and turning back on in the evening. 

 

Went to turn my front right camera back on, then the camera totally vanished off my online portal and my phone app, it will now only show 3 cameras. tried restarting base unit several times. Camera has had 4 sets of new batteries. when i sync the camera it goes through the flashing blue light stage to say its paired but still nothing.

 

Thinking its the camera but with it being 18 months old and had no issues i cant seem to understand why?

 

Any ideas please?

Not sure it will help but try force closing the app and clearing the cache. ALso clear the cache on your browser(s).
