Hi
I have been having a problem with one of my 2 Arlo Cameras. (VMC3030)
With new batteries, the blue light indicates power, but then nothing else happens when trying to sync.
I have removed the device from the app, but now I can't get it back as it won't sync.
I have also reset the base station.
I believe the cameras are roughly 2 years old.

First, make sure the batteries are only lightly pushed into their slots and let the door do the pushing. Shouldn't make a difference here since you get a "power on" flash but...
You can try wiggling the sync button in case the switch somehow is displaced slightly or has some corrosion or dirt on the contacts. Otherwise you're likely looking at a new camera.
