I put new batteries in an Arlo camera that used to be sync'd with the base station.  The app still shows the camera as offline, so I thought I'd re-sync.

I closed the camera battery door and the blue LED lights for about 2 seconds.  I then press the sync button on the base station.  The sync light begins blinking.  I then press the sync button on the camera.  No LEDs are displayed.  I've tried pressing the sync button for 2 seconds, 1 second, and quick-press.  No LEDs.

Is my camera sync button defective?

Thanks

Check the batteries are all in the correct polarity and consider new batteries. From here, you really should be able to just put the new batteries in and the blue light will flash until it finds the base station again

If the camera LED flashes blue when closing the battery door but doesn't respond to the sync button, open a case with support.

I have the same problem. Did you get it fixed?

The camera was broken. Netgear replaced under warranty. I needed to pay for shipping one way.
