Arlo Camera not Syncing

Hi,
Just setting up my VMS3130 model and wire-free camera is not syncing... Tried every options from the user manual, online support and netgear community posts but no luck.
When I press the syn botton on the base station, camera sync LED doesn't even lit.
Any advise?

You can try wiggling the sync button as you press it to see if it's just in a weird position. It may be worth removing all devices in Settings, My Devices (sounds like just your base) and set up fresh. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base. Try syncing again. If the LED won't flash, the fastest thing to do is swap at the store. Otherwise open a case with support here.
