Arlo Camera how long does footage stay in the cloud and how to access footage

I have an Arlo security camera, and I'm wondering how long footage stays on the camera/cloud, and how to access recorded footage.

Have you read the instructions that came with the camera/system as well as checked the online manuals and FAQs here? The default basic plan keeps videos for 7 days on a rotating basis (so on day 8, the first day's videos are gone). The videos are found in the library tab of either the app or web.
