Within the past week, one of my cameras has started to show "Request Timed Out" or that the camera isn't connected to the base, or it goes back to the play screen when I click the play button under the Devices menu(this is within the web app). Sometimes I can get it to work in the mobile app, sometimes it does the same things. I have tried restarting the base, turning the camera on and off and I have tried removing and reinserting the batteries.

This could indicate a range or interference issue. Try (temporarily) relocating the camera close to the base station and test again to see if you get the same results. You could also try swapping locations with a camera that is behaving normally to see if the issue follows the camera or the location.
