Hi
I purchased an Arlo, 3 camera system about 6 weeks ago and at first install just used x2 cameras & all has been fine, but today I’ve gone to add the 3rd and can’t get a picture, all I see is a white screen. I’ve tried brightness, night vision and camera positioning but never get a picture. I’ve also re-synched numerous times and swooped batteries-I do hear the iris clicking open & motion sensor works but still no picture!
Any ideas would be welcome!

Is the firmware the same as on the other cameras? You may need to open a case with support for a hardware problem:

Yes firmware is the same, but now that you mention it, the first attempt at Synching also involved a firmware check and it said it was upgrading but then said it had failed-but firmware is still as the others-is there a way of forcing the firmware to reboot/reload?

It may be a failed firmware update that's causing this. Again, open a case with support using the above link.
