Arlo Camera Busy all the Time (Lately)

My Arlo Camera works once to live stream when I log on, then indicates positioning and motion detection are busy and won't live stream.

If I recycle the base station, it again works once and is then busy. If I remove and add the camera again, it works once and is then busy. Is there a problem with the Firmware and or Network at present?

Have you tried both the app and a browser? Does one work properly?

I believe the symptoms you are reporting are the result of a brief service interrupt we encountered today. This issue should now be resolved. Can you confirm if you are still experiencing this unexpected behavior?

Hi,

Yes it seemed to correct itself, but not before using the remaining battery life which was at 70% (Now at 4%).

Seems like the camera was basically actively using the battery whilst this service interuption occurred.

Hi,

My Android App was the same. I tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge. None worked, claimed the Camera was Busy. Drained the life out of my batteries. Will remove the batteries if this happens again as the batteries aren't cheap to replace.
