Keeps going offline.  I thought arl o was a good system.  Not if it won't work

What LED lights are showing on your Arlo Base Station to show that it's offline? You can also read this article to learn how to troubleshoot: My Arlo SmartHub or base station is offline; how can I troubleshoot it?
